Enhanced photos disclose themselves. The line appears on the property page and on the flyer — added from the photos themselves, so it can't be switched off or forgotten.
Virtual staging is labelled as staging — never as "enhancement". The file is named for what it is, and the disclosure says the furniture isn't there and isn't included.

Will this get me in trouble with my MLS?

The opposite. Listing pages won't publish without crediting the listing broker, consent is captured with an audit trail, and Fair Housing notices appear automatically. If something's missing, Feedalto tells you exactly what — it never quietly publishes anyway.

Does this handle my state's disclosure and posting rules?
