Do visitors need to download anything?
No. They scan a QR or tap an NFC sticker and sign in on their own phone browser. The app is for you, not for them.
What happens when the house has no signal?
Everything keeps working. Check-ins, card scans and feedback are written to your phone first and sync themselves the moment you're back online. Open houses happen in basements — we built for that.
Will this get me in trouble with my MLS?
The opposite. Listing pages won't publish without crediting the listing broker, consent is captured with an audit trail, and Fair Housing notices appear automatically. If something's missing, Feedalto tells you exactly what — it never quietly publishes anyway.
Does this handle my state's disclosure and posting rules?
Feedalto gives you the tools; the rules stay yours. Upload your disclosure, consumer information statement or house rules once and it's set up for good — published as a QR for visitors to read and keep, shown full-screen on the board, saved to your phone so it works with no signal, and printable as a proper sign with the full document for posting at the door.
What each state and brokerage requires — which form, whether it must be physically displayed, when it must be handed over — differs, and that's yours to follow. If your state or broker says print it and post it, print it and post it: it's two taps, and the document is already there waiting. What Feedalto guarantees is that you're never hunting for the right file at the door.
Does Feedalto replace my CRM?
No — and it isn't trying to. Feedalto is where the open house and the buyer relationship happen: check-in, verification, feedback, agreements, showings, listing marketing. Your CRM stays where your book of business lives.
Connect the two and Feedalto sends the qualified contacts into it for you, with the visit history and the feedback attached — so nothing gets retyped, and the people who were never really leads don't clutter it up. You can export your data at any time.
Which CRMs does Feedalto work with?
Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Salesforce and Real Geeks connect directly, and Zapier bridges Feedalto to most of the rest. More are being added as partner access is granted.
You choose what gets sent and when. Nothing syncs until you switch it on, and by default a visitor who told you they're already working with another agent is never sent at all.
Is the e-signature legally valid?
Yes — signatures are captured with a full ESIGN/UETA audit record, and every completed document is written to an append-only ledger so it can be proven years later.
What if I'm licensed in more than one state?
Add each licence with its own number, type and expiry. The right one is printed on the right paperwork and shown on your card.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Co-agents can host an open house with you, partners can be invited, and your broker can require review before agreements go out.
